What's the name of a black and white film about a young boy and girl who skip school and go on a train journey, i think the boy was possibly Mark Lester.

I think it originally went out as SWALK (1973 ish) but then it was renamed Melody. Music Score by the BeeGees - If this is the one you're thinking of.

Sorry, just realised that one wasn't in B & W, but would think therefore that the boy wasn't Mark Lester.
