Hearing heart beat in my head

Hi, i have normal blood pressure, this is taken regulary evey 3 months, but i constantly hear my own heart beat in my head, why is this? Thanks

Firstly, just do a quick was of your ears with warm water in a baby syringe. Wash them 3, maybe 4 times each side, since the sound can be brought on by impacted wax. Then consider if you've been experiencing any sinnus infection. The veins and arteries going to the brain are routed fairly closely to the ears and if any sinnusitis is present the swelling accompanying that places pressure on them and cause a noticeable sound in one's ears. This same sound can be produced by allergies as well.
