Okay, plum it is... and thank you, both!

plum cake doesn't match the clue for 11 across - try pouf? - but that's
not in the bible of Collins dictionary!

The clue is type of 9 across (cake) - so it does fit.

Sorry I thought it was You magazine, because 11a says Type of 9a.
possible different crossword BUT then you didn't put which crossword.
