What is the scheduling arrangement for playing a postponed or abandoned match? Does it move to the end and extend the overall time for the competition.

No, it will be payed on one of the 'free' weekends, the tournament does not go beyond the projected last date, unless one of those is postponed.

We're still waiting on the revised date for France v Ireland, which is expected to be 3rd of March.

If it were to be next weekend they're leaving it extremely late as the announcement is being made tomorrow, which doesn't allow fans to make appropriate arrangements.
It's been farcical really, a state of the art stadium with no under soil heating.

I am amazed that Serge Blanco did not remember the history.

Le Stade de France was built where it was in the poor northern quarter of Paris to encourage new business and employment - except some plonker forgot that being largely Muslim does not easily relate to French cafés and "Les Boissons nationales" ....

However, more apropos to your question, the stadium was built right over a Gaz de France old site - for the first few matches, wit (after France England soccer and rugby), they had to replace the turf as the grass was turning yellow..... (I went to the first two events there, living à Paris at the time).

An underground heating system, most likely, would have resulted in some nice "BOOM BOOMs" with the amount of methane in the subsoil; it was that bad and probably still is............

In short, a national embarrassment all around, as to the farce on Sunday and in developing French stadium projects.

Surely all that must have been researched prior to building the stadium though DT?
They have a moveable stand, surely they could have a similar system to the Millenium Stadium, where the pitch is on a set of pallets and can be removed and replaced at will, as it so often is for other events like monster truck racing, concerts etc.
It's an utter shambles and one I daresay the FFR are looking at for the future.

They underestimated in the glorious French Planning System.....all to build a "Stade" worthy of hosting a World Cup.

As an unmoveable edifice to sport, it is impressive ré spectator views and overall design etc; as to the pragmatics of transport, walking distances and local bars, it sucks; though, to be fair, the latter may have improved over the recent years.

As to the underground risks, sheer French stupidity as any half-witted soil renovation specialist would advise you.

As to organisation this weekend, who could say any more - no wonder their military record was "Wars won 0, Wars lost plenty, Wars tied, 1 being their own Revolution."
