Weekend! There's Monday, Tuesday and then the rest of the week is What The Funicular!

owd ... not really ... we live on the dangerous edge of the island. Any day of our lives, we could just fall off the edge, and float out to sea for ever. We live each day as if it were ... well, the weekend.

tenrec ... as above! ... take a couple of days to come here and relax. We have no weekdays here.

ps. Although I have no Courvoisier I do, happily, have a bottle of Grand Marnier ... which I am now giving a bit of stick.

I warmed the glass with boiling water so that when you pour the first glass, you get this fabby noseful of Grand Marnier fumes. Yummy!

3 glasses of a Chilean Carmenere wine in the local, thinking it was going to be a turgid evening and it turned out to be a scream.

One bread and butter pudd with a creme anglaise - the sultanas soaked in a gud olde Jamaicey rum......delish.
