the worst witch

I remember a film back in the 80's called the worst witch, I know there's a tv programme now, but I'm after the film, no-one seems to remember it other than me, does anyone else and if so is there anywhere I can get it from, HMV and such don't seem to stock it ?

It's a 1986/1987 film starring Diana Rigg and Tim Curry. I've seen it for sale on filmandtvfavourites.com so I would imagine you can get it from amazon etc.

Yeah- its ace! I have an origional central television copy that went on sale after it was aired on tv. I love it! Fairuza Balk plays the worst witch (she was Dorothy Gale in Return to Oz.) I hope you get your hands on a copy- classic!

Harry Potter is totally inspired by it!

Well now you come to mention it, I first started thinkin about this film when I first saw the flying lessons in Harry Potter so you must be right!!! I hope I get it too
