Chocolate Substitute?
5 Answers
Further to my earlier question: 'Rare Allergies', I was wondering if anyone can think of a suitable way for me to describe the taste of chocolate to my partner. he knows what it tastes like for him ('Burning'), but I want to something similar to compare it to. The best I've come up with is a very rich coffee cheesecake. Bad I know, but I'm not that bright ;o). And please, no-one suggest carob, as it doesn;t even compare (although maybe it's come along since the last time I had it, circa 1980)
