I want to upgrade from Windows ME to Windows XP. What is the difference between using the "Upgrade Version" and the "Full Version"? Are there like any extra features?

no they are the same - the upgrade will be cheaper to buy if you have already purchased a version of windows - the full version presumes you dont have windows on your PC so will give you everything again over writing some files. the full version will also be more expensive to buy.
