how come that with the advent of almost everyone carrying a camera there have been no ghosts caught on camera?

Just before my dear Nan died, she was sat at home one evening reading and she suddently felt she wasn't alone and when she looked up her Mum (dead for many.many years) was sat in the other armchair looking at my Nan and smiling. My Nan says she shut her book and said 'O Mam fancy me reading a book while you're here' and with that her Mam faded away. The incident didn't frighten her, it made her happy. Then when she died some months later, my Dad entered the room where she was lying in her armchair and he said her voice filled his head saying 'I'm alright now son, I'm with your Dad, don't worry about me'. This has always sustained Dad.
