they stopped him before he could do the apostrophe.

Typical anti-grammar police

As you may or may not know, I'm a life-long Toon fan and hate Ashley with a passion. He has been, and continues to be, the worst thing that's ever happened to our club, with the possible exception of Dennis Wise. The treatment of Chris Hughton was beyond despicable. I acknowledge that Pardew has done well, but I'm sure Hughton would have done just as well, if not better.

There's only one person in Newcastle who doesn't refer to our ground as St James' Park...

I am sure that in these days, there must be more things to be 'outraged' about, than just the re-naming of a football ground.

..obviously not a Football fan,then AOG...or maybe a "part-time" supporter..?
The word 'outrage' has been bastardised in the same way that 'hero' and 'genius' have recently.

People are outraged very infrequently. That feeling that have may be anywhere from 'irritated' to 'very angry' but outrage? Nah...let's save outrage

An 'outrage' is an act which is "grossly offensive to decency, morality or good taste"

Earlier this week, I read a report of "outrage following the admission of a teenager who didn't care whether she got skin cancer from her three sunned sessions a week"

I urge every journalist in the country to find a better word...'concern' just might do it.

so what would you be,sp1814?..mildly irked....I"ll stick with "Outraged"!
