How to set up a non-personal facebook site

This may sound like a daft question but how do you set up a non-personal facebook site? ( like Ford, toyota ....)

I tried to set up Facebook to promote my non-commercial art website having never used it before. The problem was that it insisted on making it the ( my name ) Facebook page. I couldn't see any way to change the name at the top.

I'm not a computer luddite but way behind on social networks. if anyone can help it would be great!
