* Snake in all different ways (inc blood)

* Ant-eater
* Sautéed Riceworms
* Hedgehog soup
* Rabbits Testicles
* Sea Cucumbers (most westerners hate but I find good)
& several more...

And outside China, (all the above) things like
* Sheeps eyeballs
* Cervelle and Rocky Mt Oysters
* Croc and Alli
* Horse and Zebra
* Ostrich and Emu
* Kanga and Koala, the Kanga a bit bouncy....

My philosophy is to try things once and then you can say no, and there are the occasional surprises to how good things are - for example the penis - get over the "shock" and it's just a muscle, though they did serve it (yes!) in a mushroom sauce.
