our son would like an mp3 player but my pc is still operating on windows 98........are there any out there that will work on windows 98?

Hi, it seems that if you buy a USB pluggable player similar to this one:- http://www.intomusic.co.uk/scripts/usb-mp3-wma-player.asp you should'nt have any problems at all as they are plug and play. Im not sure if you wish to buy an iPod or similar though.

The problem with W98 is having the right version with a good implementation of USB - fraught with problems though. Time to upgrade?
