"I challenge you to distinguish a naked prostitute from any other naked woman".

It'e easy Mr SK - one offers sex because she wishes to, the other because she is paid to. The clue is in whether or not your wallet / credit card is involkved somewhere along the way.

Not that difficult is is?
Why should we be interested in what high-flyer the French Police detain for questioning?

Surely this is just media gossip, which should belong in magazines such as OK?

i don't know much about what goes into ok magazine.

do they have 'guess the naked woman/naked prostitute' competitions ?
AOG - because this man was the head of the IMF - if this sort of individual is holding a position of such power and influence, it's of interest to all of us.
Tend to agree with AOG.

I failed french politician is interviewed by the police but no charges. It's pretty uninteresting stuff.
He's a little tinker isn't he?

'WAS' the head of the IMF, there lies the difference.

If he is no longer the head, then he doesn't hold such power and influence as you pointed out.

So therefore he is just a celebrity, or to be correct an ex-celebrity.
he was allegedly doing this while still in the, er, job. Indeed, the answer to andy's remark may be that he simply charged the whole thing to the IMF's account, which means I was paying for it (and so were aog and andy). This is in fact what's illegal in France and why they're looking into it. So I think we can all take an interest.

I'm intrigued to see this happened at the Carlton in Lille (allegedly): I stayed there a couple of years ago and they gave away my luggage to another guest; I haven't seen it since. No wonder the staff were absent-minded.
Andy, he didnt pay though, the charge is someone else did, so how do you tell the difference.

Wouldnt mind the opportunity to try though. Anyone up for a bunga bunga party ? (I'm not paying though!)
there's one on at Silvio's tonight, youngmafbog, don't worry, the European superstate's paying.
Isn't he a bit long in the tooth for all this?
Apparently not sandy.
that's probably why payment was required, sandyRoe. Had he been younger the young women would have done it out of love.
I guess his chances of being President are a tad reduced now.
Frenchmen might not agree, Hopkirk. Frenchwomen probably would.
