mp3 players

i have got an mp3 player but my pc wont load the disc that came with it.can anyone help?

Any error messages coming up?

If nothing happens when you put the disc in, double click "My Computer", then double click on the CD drive icon - this will either load the CD or open a window where you can look for a program called setup or something similar.

You could also try the manufacturer's website for help.

What windows platform are you running ? Windows xp should automatically detect your mp3 player as a removable storage device as soon as you plug it into your usb. When you double click "my computer" it should show an new icon saying this.

If you are running ME or '98 then ignore the above as I haven't used them, so it could need installing from a disc.
