I noticed today that the expiry date is in two months. I doubt she will use it in that time. I have the receipt. Do you think they will change it if I go back?

It wasn't cheap either.

And it's not open either.
Well, you can only ask but they dont have to
If it's sealed, there shouldn't be a problem. However, if it's stored in a cool place when opened it will be OK to use after the expiry date. Having said that, I always try to get stuff like this with a long expiry date - several months, if not years!
say you bought the wrong stuff....they are pretty good at taking things back
*Double take* - I thought for a moment,I had read "Freedom Lotion" !! - and my brain said,"I"m gonna get me some of that"!! ;0))

..I"ll be here all week,btw..

Yes I had thought about saying I had bought the wrong stuff. Maybe try that one first. I wasn't sure if it would be safe to use after the expiry date as its medicated.

I do normally look at the expiry dates on items. Wasn't with it yesterday.
The fact that it has "anti-bacterial" contents is probably a good thing, as far as it's keeping qualities.
@Zhukov, I read exactly the same thing....I was thinking what on earth is Freedom lotion.

The thing is I still thought it was freedom lotion until you mentioned it and I had to go and read it again......how odd.
;-))
A similar thing happened to me, when I looked at the sell by date on the sandwiches I bought from M&S last week.
