nightmares

woke up with a horrible nightmare and could'nt get back to sleep,i dreamt a dark shadowy figure was standing at the bottom of the stairs and he said he was a taxi driver,i told him no one ordered a taxi but he kept coming towards me up the stairs,he was very malevolent,i started screaming for him to go away and to waken son,i bloody woke myself up with all the screaming and shouting i was doing,son is still sleeping like a baby,if i tell him when he gets up for work he will say'i never heard a thing,grrrrrrr.

ok,going back to bed for forty winks,feel a lot calmer now
