I am trying to get to the flickr website but keep getting "Connection refused" . . . . any ideas

I got that myself only a short while ago. In case Flickr had somehow blacklisted my IP address, I then tried via a proxy server - but with the same result.

So it seems to be a problem at Flickr's end. There's nothing which anyone else can do about it.
