I usually love watching them.. I know they are junk tv but i just cant switch off!!!!!

But today...i dunno if im just in a funny mood or just seeing things differently- but some are actually disturbing me!!!!

I got fed up and switched...

But im surprised how disturbed i am at "normal" shows with a subject ive seen before!

Just got me thinking how sometimes we see things or people differently - like a switch! X

There's only one chat show host in my estimation. It's Parkinson! Mohamed Ali, Rod Hull & Emu, Peter Sellers, just a few of the many people he interviewed. No contest!

The guy on JK today is from my town and same age- doh!!

I like steve wilkos show and maury- even though the guests are a bit "screechy" at times x

The "Wright Stuff" at 9.30am is good to watch.Mark Wright is full of fun and always has a broad smile on his face. If you record it on a TiVo box you can fast forward the bits that you are not interested in
