Travel insurance for 64 year old with 2 stents fitted.

Hello .. Does anyone know of good travel insurance for me, 64 years old and in 2007 had 2 stents fitted after mild heart attack, no other medical problems. I'm travelling to far east in a couple of weeks and the company that I used before is now no longer trading. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
