UK Tax rates for 2012/2013

I am returning to UK as a resident having been for many year a non-resident for tax purposes. I would like to work out a rough tax liability for next year. Can someone tell me the personal allowance (I am age 70 and single - divorced) and the tax bands. My gross income would be about £45,000 pensions (occupational and state) plus gross dividends of £5,000.
