We're having roast chicken and all the trimmings. I am also baking a cake.

We're having roast beef today - after a few days of fairly rapid meals, it'll be nice to have a proper dinner.

We're having roast chicken too followed by homemade coffee ice cream and chocolate fondant.

I had 2 cheese and cucumber baps earlier. I've defrosted some mince so I'll make some bolognese with it later.

Visitors here so had main roast meal last night - camembert baked in its box, then loin of pork stuffed with black pudding, plus all the usual trimmings.

Bacon sarnies and post hangover recovery food today :)

Dave, you just can't beat a bacon sarnie !! I've got some streaky to go over the bird.

Funnily enough, FG, I have just found some racks of lamb in the freezer so I will do those too.

Fillet steak, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, mash, yorkshire puds and gravy!! delicious :)

Spatchcock Chiken done with a Piri Piri glaze, and mash along with some brocolli and carrot me thinks, followed by some cherry pie and vanilla ice cream YUM :-)
