Hello, I had the gastric bypass surgery done September 27, 2004.  I'm still healing.  It's been quite an experience.

I had a roux en y gastric bypass in december 2004. I am feeling ok, but have only lost 18lbs at the moment. I thought I would've lost a lot more by now.

How are other people doing with their weight loss?

I would like to talk to anyone who has had a gastric bypass operation as I am concidering having it done. I would like to know how the operation went for you, the after afects, pain, eating/diet etc.

Hi..... I had my surgery November 2004 and have lost 62 lbs. I've hit my plateau though and am having trouble overcoming the roadblock. any suggestions?
