fresh strawberries, blueberries and Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey with a cup of tea and a glass of orange juice, then a ciggie and im just about ready to go.

Full breakfast is an extra special treat. Bacon rolls are generally reserved for the weekend or days off. Most days I eat cerial and soya milk with black coffee. Followed by another extra strong coffee when I get to work.

Banana and a probiotic drink before I go. No drinks other than water.

Never have cooked brekkie during the week, just disgustingly healthy muesli, blueberries and yoghurt. Although today I overslept and had a Co-op chocloate brownie when I got to work instead. Mmmmm. Weekends are generally bacon and fried egg sandwich with oodles of brown sauce.

Cereal (deliciously bad-for-you ones!) or porridge so thick you can stand your spoon up in it with golden syrup or boiled egg and soldiers, rarely a fry-up unless it is the weekend, and 1 cup of tea. mmmmnnnn

Cup of tea and watch the news in bed. Get up and have oj, soft boiled eggs and marmite soldiers, another cup of tea.

I hardly ever eat breakfast unless we are both at home. If we are we usually have eggs, bread, yoghurt, cheese, fruit/tomatoes, olives, and if theres anything left over from tea the night before that gets heated up too.
