Chilli Oil

Hi anyone know how to make Olive Oil with the Chilli's in it. I love it and would like to have a bash at making my own. Do I just pop the Chilli's in a bottle of Olive Oil and wait? Does the chilli go off?? Any tips would be most welcome

Thank you do I just keep the stalks on the fresh chillis or do I disect/chop them up or do I just add whole alongside the dried chillis?

I cut them in half and take the stalks off and I put them in with the dried chillies...i like it very spicy lol

Fantastic might even throw a couple of garlic cloves in there too!! :0)
