Im not sure about identicals, but conjoined twins sometimes have identical but mirror imaged prints. I think it depends on the point at which the conceptus divided. If they are "Mirrored" twins (i.e. identicals where one is left handed and one is right handed) theres a good chance they also have mirrored prints.
