Does anyone know a sensible way of getting a human being to converse with me about a problem that I am experiencing with my Paypal account. The labyrinthine system which they operate shunts me down numerous unwanted sidings and is driving me to distraction.

I don' have an answer for you but do symphathise and have stopped dealing on Ebay due to problems with Paypal. I now go onto Gumtree.

Yes, Buenfico, but have you tried it? One is immediately embroiled in unending automatic multiple choice questions which lead one in circles to written "helps"which arn't. - All at 5p a minute!
