Plug in add in avast has been disabled in microsoft outlook

i had to remove avast from my system but now when i open outlook up i get a messages about an avast plugin needs to be u updated, how do i clear this from my pc please

Tools/Trust Center
Click Add-ins
At bottom right, click Go
Highlight each Avast plugin in turn and click remove

thereis nothing there saying avast plug in, the only ones that are there are
vba for outlook addin, windows searchemail indexer, and a few others, nothing saying avast

maybe i should uninstall outlook, but i would need to know how to back up my folders in it to my portable hard drive, would that be an idea

You could try the avast removal tool first, don't know if it will solve the problem but it won't hurt to try it.

maybe u cld help me with another problem, when open certain pages i get the message-internet explorer script error, how can i stop these please. thank you
