There are other ways of eating fruit if you don't want fresh fruit.
Do you like tinned fruit in juice?
I often have this with yogurt or I buy frozen fruit, defrost some in a dish and put a jelly on top.
If you have cereal you could put dried fruit on it, Sultanas, raisins, apricots etc.
Failing that I expect perhaps a vitamin C supplement.

Whilst I sympathise, salad, not being much of a fruitlover myself, you really should consider forcing yourself to eat more fruit. It has less fattening qualities than other foodstuffs, little to no cholesterol, fills you up for less calories, and consists mostly of water and fiber, so good for your digestion and bowels.
So, its more than the sum of its parts, and certainly offers more, from a health perspective, than a vehicle for vitamin consumption :)
