One was a massive flop...LOL collapsed....
My oven Isnt fan assisted....
Second i left in 5 mins longer...was still a wee bit underdone!
Next attempt in the oven....im so frustrated LOL!!!! I dont usually fail when cooking!!!
Grrrr.....isnt it annoying when things dont work out!!! Xx

Ok we cook them on 200, as we do not have a fan. Wait until it comes away from the side and feels firm in the middle. Try putting a knife in the top ( as when you turn them out it will be the bottom so will not matter.) to see how it is setting. then you can put back in if too wet for you. Also which chocolate do you use? My husband has tried milk, uck it isnt nice as very pale and sweet. This time I bought a bar of Belguin choc in asda , on the cooking section. They where really nice. hope this helps. xx
