The Big Breakfast

Many years ago when Chris Evans and Gaby Roslin were presenting "The Big Breakfast" on channel 4 (UK), they had a newsreader called Peter Smith. Whilst watching a repeat of UK Border Agency on Quest, they were filming people in Lagos applying for British visas, The gentleman in the office (in Lagos) bore an amazing resemblence to Peter Smith off the Big Breakfast and was called Peter.
Could they be the same person, if not they don't half look identical!
