The posts on here are the reason why I won't watch this programme ! I did try to watch it once and couldn't believe my eyes, a very pretty young girl was openly talking about a vaginal problem and was sat there with her legs akimbo for all the world to see !!! Who needs porn (lol).

I think "coffee woman" was a bit touched actually - who in their right mind would put it in the dishwasher with those cups - yuk, it was disgusting :( Like others have commented on here, how can they take part in this programme and let the world see their embarrassing moments, I would never face my friends, family and neighbours ever again. Its pure sensationalism TV, I wonder how much they pay these sad people ??? I still watch it though, for a laugh!!!!

I think that there is a new epidemic sweeping the country, some devious neurotoxin that causes the afflicted to do anything to BE ON TV....

My daughter watched some of it last night and said she had to turn over, I did not see it my self,but for those who want to see it it is repeated on thur/fri 11.00pm on channel 4,....

I think there is a mixture of reasons people go on it.

The enema woman...well she was just a complete but job.

But for other things, like the lady with the awful breasts, I bet she went on because even though it's embarrassing to be seen like that, she knew by doing it she would get the best possible surgery that I doubt she would get on the NHS and she didn't have to pay a penny for it. Same with vag girl, she wanted it fixed properly and straight away so rather then be on a waiting list for ages she just needed to get her bits out.
