Changing status on Facebook?

Hi all, how do you change someone's status on face-book from say relation to family member?

Eg: 'Fellow Muppet' to 'Sister in law'

TIA but please keep it simple as I'm not too familiar with it.

Click on the pencil by 'friends' or 'family' to edit them. Go to persons name and click on the drop-down list. Then choose relation.

go to your profile, click edit profile at top right hand side, then click friends and family (left hand side) and you can put family members names in ...
