Bankruptcy certificate
When payments made under a bankruptcy order have been completed (usually 3 years) I believe there is a Letter of Satisfaction available. This proves that the issue is settled. Does anyone know where this Letter is obtained from and is there a fee? Many thanks.

A certificate of discharge is then issued, if requested at, I think, a cost of £70 this will be issued from the court. A certificate of satisfaction is issued for payment of a debt not discharge from bankruptcy
