Important Internet address

I have an internet adress that I know I willneed to access in the future. Is there anywhere that I can put it for safekeeping and instant access? Have it written down in my diary and little black book but would like it on my laptop.

Why not type it into Notepad or Wordpad and save. But be sure to remember what you called the .file!

Assuming that you use your laptop to connect to the internet, I'm confused as to why you can't simply add the website to your list of 'favorites' (to use the horrid American spelling used in Internet Explorer) or 'bookmarks' (used by all other browsers). That's what they're there for!
