Hadn't had a salad in ages but bought a Greek salad with feta from M&S earlier. I do love salads and during the summer I get loads of salad bags and make my own dressings. The only trouble is I find the lettuce leaves are cut too big so I end up cutting them down to my preferred size.

I am definitely 'off' salad right now. But when I do have it-I prefer baby spinach leaves,and rocket-along with vine tomatoes.....leaves with some taste!I don't bother with dressings-just olive oil,or maybe some Delouis French mayo. Maybe some olives,cheese added.
