I don't have a 25p portfolio let alone £250K. Do any of you?

Naaah! it is not a big deal.

Look at it this way.....you have at last paid off your mortgage and £250.000 is an average price of a house.

Sell your house and then rent........voila...a £250.000 portfolio.

Many people, particularly retired people are in that position....not that uncommon.

I don't think may people have a £250,000 portfolio but I do not think people realise what their occupational pensions are worth which they could be drawing for another 25 years.
