Help: Where in Calle De Dragos area of Costa Teguise, Lanzarote can I get US Dollars changed to Euros

I have some 1000 US Dollars left over from a previous holiday and I want to change them for Euros but I thought I could change them at the airport when I arrived but there was nothing there and I don't know where else to try as none of the shops or excursion places seem to advertise that they exchange money. Does any one know somewhere in this area that will exchange my money, does Last Minute Travel Excursion Centers do this?

Go into any hotel and ask - you'll pay a premium for hotel transactions though. Look around, I am sure there will be some money exchange bureaux in Costa Teguise - or the hotels will know where they are.

BTW: There is a foreign exchange facility at the airport. It's in the departures area, on the second floor.

last minute travel do money exchange in costa teguise and so do some of the wine and beer shops check around as rates and charges may vary.

you can change money at any bank or at last minute travel aslo in costa teguise the wine and beer shops exchange money however there rates and charges do vary, so check them all out befor you exchange. also work out what you should get befor you do as the wine and beer shops do sometimes try to short change you. hope this helps
