Unless I missed something, I think the only time it was mentioned was when Claire asked Paul to read it at her funeral - the only mention was that it was a poem she had written when she was younger.

It was read as the end scene ended by Peter, you would hardly have noticed cause I think they were showing other things as he narrated it.

ii had the programme on video tape and so was able to record the bloke reading the poem onto my mobile so i can listen to it when i feel sorry for myself!!sounds a bit pathetic but it makes me remember the important things! x
