Where can i sell chess set?

Been phoning several antiques, no one willing to buy it. Any idea where else i can sell it? Apart from eBay, gumtree, etc.

Did the antiques expert say why it was worth £80?

With this info, you could try a local auction - here's one we visit sometimes, only costs a quid or so to put it on, but beweare of coming home with more junk!

£80 For a plastic chess set i think your obviously getting pounds ad pence mixed up most likely he said it's worth 80p cos then if he's very lucky he might make a massive 50p profit £80 for a plastic chess game now i,ve head it all anyone know what a glass one with glass peices is worth cos if it's worth anything i will have to nick it from my mums bedroom cos it's there just as an ornamet cos none of us have a clue how to play chess and it looks so boring i don't want to learn
Checkmate .It was worth 80 quid but he was not interested how much was it worth if he was interested .Aye 80 quid of somebody elses money .
weecalf,your post reminds me of the man who is buying an item in a shop.When told it cost £10 he says the shop down the road sells them for a fiver.The shopkeeper says, why don't you buy there ? The man replies, they don't have any. The shopkeeper says, well, when I haven't got any mine will be a fiver as well.
£80 For a plastic chess set brilliant im off down the market to buy a bag full @£3 each at tony toys stall i'll make a killing in fact £77 profit on every one whats the name of the antique dealer who pays £80 for no where near antique toys god there is some idiots about
