Your client needs to pay the Judgement debt, if he does he can inform the Court and the Oral exam will be cancelled. He needs to be served with the order by hand, it cannot be posted to him. He must attend, failure to do so means I can be arrested and brought before the Court for Contempt of Court. All this is explained on the Oral Exam forms he received, is it not the case it's you who are the Debtor and your looking for a way of avoiding appearing in Court. When you go to Court take a full list of your assets, bank accounts, cars, property, income, investment and debts, it might well be the next stage is a Bankruptcy Order and this matters going to drag on for the next 3 years, - your choice entirely?
