going to cancun in november, do you need to have any injections before we go, not leaving our 5 star hotel so dont know whether we need them or not

There are none that you absolutely need in that part of Mexico

Indeed that place scarcely counts as Mexico. Ought to be renamed 'US College Student Holiday Offshore Territory'.

None that you need......just make sure your tetanus is up to date and I would advise hepatitis.....
