Lower Back Pain - Built up shoes
2 Answers
Has anybody ever found that a built-up shoe helps to alleviate chronic lower back pain? I've been told that I've a slight difference in leg length and that could be my problem! I have tried loads of other "cures" (exercises, ultrasound, manipulation etc) but nothing so far seems to make any difference. Could this be the solution? And how long does it take? If so I'll go and cut myself a small piece of heel-carpet!

You then need to get a molded insole made to the required thickness. Bearing in mind that everyone has one leg longer than the other don't expect a miracle cure. Try 'The Permanent Pain Cure' by Ming Chew, it helped me.
