Yes, I have respect for the police, I have been on both ends of the police (not literally) but they have a difficult job to do and usually they have do it with one hand tied behind their back. Unfortunately there will always be a few bad apples that drag the force down as a whole.

Like any job, here are good ones and bad ones but believe me they don't have an easy job of it at times. Try going to a domestic at the request of one of the parties involved, two minutes later you are the baddie and they have ganged up on you. And that comes from a former one!
