Yes,we need,and have programmes to allow people to limit the number of children they have if they so choose but there is so much more to it than that. I need to do the little I can to help deal with drought, famine etc., try to give a better life to the children who are suffering and provide a means for the victims to help themselves. Working in this field is not easy or straightforward and simplistic answers tend to get the hackles up.
I hate to point out the obvious, but this isn't aid. This is not money coming from our government. This is charity...money given by the British public. Money given to fund projects...
