I made an omelette ... and it was really good.

Cheese, Tabasco, eggs from Mums's chickens.

I am Delia, and Nigella rolled into one. Also the Afro Carib woman who's on in the seek, and the Chinese one with the big glasses, and the Indian one ... Madhur Jaffrey, that's it ... and the one from Masterchef who works for Michel Roux. Oh, and the older lady who does the cakes.

My omelettes might not look quite like Fanny's (it was a bit ratty round the edges), but I bet it tasted like Fanny's.

Nooooo - you don't stick it under the grill !!!!

You cook it until it is just set, sprinkle on the cheese and fold it so that the cheese melts in the middle :o)

Well done JJ - I'm not sure what Fannys tastes like but I bet your omelette was lovely ;o)
