evian thats what i mean, some would get a pet rehgardless of the rules then unfortunatlet when it is discovered they are forced to get rid or move... many will just get rid, which is unfair on the animal
i missed the OPs response, but it appears he was a bit ungrateful and snotty - anyone tell me what he said? answers not 'on his side enough' or somehting?
if the place has fleas i would be fuming, my boyfriends neighbour has had them for months nopw from the previous owners and theyve spent a fortune on sprays and smoke bombs and had an exterminater in twice...and they just reappear... it only takes a couple of eggs or a few to be missed to start all over again ... and he is actually pretty upset about it... feels horrible etc, he also got a terrible rash from bites etc - so regardless of who started the fleas, they are all at risk, and i would want then removed as per the rules too.
i know myself, given how my house is, if i became infested i would never get rid of them...too many nooks and crannys for them to hide from the chemicals... itd be a nightmare.
as i said, if the rules say they cannot bring animals ALL of these selfish people must have gone and bought them after moving in...and now must move or rehouse...
i would be billing the owners for any costs too - though if you are in the UK the council will come and spray for free, so check online
