Or should I say, sitting down decreases it. Just got round to reading this. What are they going to come out with next, apart from eating a large amount of choc helps you to keep slim ?

http://www.dailymail....k-dying-years-40.html

My dad worked until the day he died aged 59. He had a manual job and hardly ever sat down when he was at home.

I stand on my shifts for 7-8 hrs, at least 4 days a week, zumba 3-4 times a week plus cycling to and fro and walking. I hardly ever sit down, except when on here to relax a bit. Im now 60, how is my life going to pan out I now wonder. Who sits down for 11 hours or more ( as asked in this article )
Ive also stopped eating chocolate. No wonder Im not losing weight :>)

If you adhered to everything suggested you would go mad. Dont drink, then next week they say drink in moderation. Dont eat meat, then eat it occasionally, enjoy the sun, but not too much........... life is what it is so just do as you feel you should....
