Mail Rewards

I got fed up waiting for my last voucher to arrive, (ordered last week in Feb) so I contacted them thro' the rewards page yesterday, and funnily enough it was posted out yesterday according to the e-mail they sent me last night. Is anyone else still waiting for theirs?

I think i'm in the same boat as you. I seemed to have been waiting ages for my latest reward, think I will send them an e-mail too.

When this happened before I sent an e-mail and I received the reward a day or two later. The cynic in me is telling me they only send them out once you have complained.

Sorry for the delay starrs, I had the same thought precisely. Perhaps Ab Editor and the Techies could allow us a link to a font we could use when we want to be sarcastic/derisory. I forget who originally posted about this problem but it lodged in the brain somewhere and popped out yesterday so I asked. I think the rewards thing got a bit too big too soon.

I originally posted this I think. I am 2 outstanding for Morrisons. I emailed them weeks ago no reply. I telephoned over 2 weeks ago. Much apologes, says will be out soon. Had email onMonday to say the earliest one is being sent but no mention yet of second one.
