Do the cash machines in Disney Paris make a charge?

Yes
It's a standard charge for any amount you withdraw
Last time I used one it was €2 per trans
Don't forget you will also be charged the exchange rate for changing your money into euros

You could still be better off using the machines - depends where you get your cash and how much they charge

Remember 'commission free' doesn't mean free - the charge is hidden in the exchange rate.

Dzug, I'm over in France a few weeks before so I'll get cash from a machine i know doesn't charge and keep it for the holiday.
